Local Pickup time: Mon - Fri 11am-5pm ; Sat - Sun by appointment only

Where you find the item purchased on our website is faulty, within 30 calendar days from the day it was delivered to you, you may contact us by email to info@christmasmall.com.au. If there is a major failure with the item, we will offer return for refund or exchange.
