WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

  • 95% of our orders are dispatched the next business day once payment has been approved.
  • In-store collection available within 1 to 2 business days
  • Next-day and Express delivery options also available
  • The delivery fee is calculated by the weight of the items, plus the delivery location. It will be automatically calculated at Checkout. FREE delivery on orders $99.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

Christmas Mall accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
  • Christmas Mall features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
  • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

  • Change of Mind:
  • Items returned within 7 calendar days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

  • Faulty:
  • Where you find the item purchased on our website is faulty, within 30 calendar days from the day it was delivered to you, you may contact us by email to info@christmasmall.com.au If there is a major failure with the item, we will offer return for refund or exchange.
    When an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, we will not provide a refund or exchange.
    Refunds for all purchases on our website will be facilitated through your original payment method.

    HOW SECURE IS SHOPPING AT CHRISTMAS MALL? IS MY DATA PROTECTED?

    Christmasmall.com.au is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on or sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter and to personalise your shopping experience with us.     WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE AFTER ORDERING?

    After ordering you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail sending from info@christmasdecor.com.au. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder in case it lands there.
    Normally your order will be dispatched within 24 hours. We will contact you if we have any issue with your orders. Please check your email if you don’t get any delivery notification email from us after 24 hours.
    Once your order leaves our warehouse you will be notified via an email with your unique Tracking Number and delivery details. You will also receive the Carrier’s details and their estimated transit time to your address. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information
