You can return any item purchased on Christmas Mall within 7 days of the delivery date. The item must be NOT used or damaged and is in 100% re-saleable condition when we receive them.
Where you find the item purchased on our website is faulty, within 30 calendar days from the day it was delivered to you, you may contact us by email to info@christmasmall.com.au. If there is a major failure with the item, we will offer return for refund or exchange.
